•HOWTO: PopKart Registration
If you are not a native chinese speaker, it’s hard to figure out how to registrate for popkart (the original KartRider version). This is how we succeeded in the registation process. Check the Screenshots and annotations!
What you need
1. Get A Chinese Name
You can get one here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_name or just google around
2. Get a chinese passport id number
Ask a chinese friend or maybe google may help…
3. Software requirements
You need Internet Explorer with javascript turned on to complete the registration. Furthermore you need support for asian languages installed.
Let’s go!
- Your username has to be all lowercase
- If you get a javascript error just press ok and the form field, which is not “right” will get focus
- If it complains about your gender just change it to the value which works
You can just select any item of the combo list but not the same item twice
- the “answers” have to be at least 6 chars long and can by anything you like
